Clients reviews about Carpet Crown

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve now used Ciaran and his team for the second time, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! The first time they fitted a new carpet for us, and more recently they completed a stunning LVT herringbone floor. On both occasions, the service has been exceptional. They arrive on time, communicate brilliantly throughout, and you can genuinely see how much they care about the quality of their work. The attention to detail and finish are fantastic. It’s not often you find tradespeople you can completely trust, but Ciaran and his team are exactly that. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and skilled flooring team. Thanks again, Ciaran and team, fantastic work! 👏 ~ Lubos G

I requested 3 quotes to fit carpet throughout my mums renovated house and hallway flooring. Whilst Carpet Crown wasn’t the cheapest option, they offered by far the best value for money. What set them apart was the exceptional advice I received on choosing the right product, underlay, and fitting. Their knowledge and guidance gave me real confidence that they would deliver a high-quality result and they absolutely did. But perhaps the most telling feedback didn’t come from me, but from the friends and family who’ve visited since. Everyone has commented on how stunning the carpet and fitting look, and how it’s truly transformed our house into a beautiful home. A big thank you to Ciran and his team for exceeding our expectations—we couldn’t be happier! ~ V P

I cannot recommend Carpet Crown enough. Ciaran was efficient, professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service with great communication. Ciaran came to the house to measure up and show us a wide selection of carpet options. Something I was very happy with as I hate shopping! He was very informative about all of the different options, taking his time to really narrow down exactly what we wanted, whilst giving his professional option on what would work best with our home and lifestyle. Being quoted there and then and being able to get our carpets fitted not long after, was a nice touch, making the whole process super easy and streamline with no waiting around. We have already booked with Carpet Crown again and will certainly be using them to fit flooring for the rest of our home! ~ Brittany J

We recently had new carpet installed upstairs and new flooring fitted downstairs, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. The team was polite, friendly, professional, and took great care to ensure everything was finished to a high standard. They left everything clean and tidy, making the whole experience stress free. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for new flooring. Excellent service, fantastic workmanship, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. From the first moment we spoke to Ciaran, we were 100% certain that we wanted him to be the one to do the flooring in our home. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel like we were really part of the process, giving us advice and guidance without ever making it feel like we were under any pressure. He was completely transparent throughout, working within our budget and ensuring that we would get the very best to achieve the look and feel we were going for. The attention to detail, the quality of the work and the general responsiveness and customer service is absolutely second to none and we can't begin to thank Ciaran, Rich and Josh (who did our LVT) for not only giving us our dream flooring, but also making the whole experience so incredible. If we could give them 10 stars we would, can't recommend them highly enough! ~ Sarah E

Top tier service from Ciaran for the second time. Ciaran installed the Karndean and carpets throughout my property a couple of years ago, including levelling of the downstairs floor. The service, pricing and quality of workmanship was excellent, so when it came to needing new carpet for the loft there was no hesitation but to use Ciaran again. He was just as conscientious with the installation on this occasion and even helped me out with use of previous cut offs. His product knowledge and communication throughout both jobs have been excellent, and the pricing is honest and fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ciaran and the team again, and highly recommend to anyone seeking friendly and professional flooring expertise. ~ Jaeneeta S

5*, would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. Reached out to a few local companies for quotes to remove carpet and replace with flooring in almost all rooms of the house we had just purchased. Ciaran responded quickly, was able to stop by a few days later to look around, and gave a detailed quote as well as a lot of really great advice as we looked through samples he provided to decide what we wanted. His team worked really hard to complete the job, we were kept up to date throughout and they were upfront & transparent about everything required during the process. We absolutely love our new floors and we are really happy with the service we received from Carpet Crown :) ~ Liz O

I can’t thank Cieran enough for doing such a splendid job and completely transforming our home. Right from the initial consultation where his knowledge and advice was of the top professional quality right to the completion, his services are worthy of the highest rating. He was so helpful in every aspect, I was alone at home and I knew I would struggle moving the furniture, however Cieran did it all, moved furniture, hoovered everywhere and even cleared the path from all the fluff outside. I have since recommended Cieran to close friends and family and I have enjoyed seeing their transformations too, Cieran takes a house and with his creative insight turns it into a home. ~ Delphine B

Absolutely Outstanding Carpet Fitters – Highly Recommended! From start to finish, the service provided by Ciaran and the team was nothing short of exceptional. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly skilled. The attention to detail in their work was remarkable – every edge, join, and doorway was finished to perfection. They took great care in preparing the space, ensuring minimal disruption and leaving everything spotless once the job was done. The end result has completely transformed our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable tradespeople. ~ Gee

Ciaran...Carpet Crown.....fitted stairs and landing carpet recently. It was a pleasure to deal with him from the first phone call to arrange a quote to the actual fitting, really friendly and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of advice about colour, style, quality of the different carpets. Quote given on his first visit and by email within 24 hours. I had to delay fitting as decorator let me down and despite the fact it was about 4 months before I was ready for carpet to be fitted the quote did not change. He was happy to return with his sample books to make sure I was still happy with original choice of carpet. Ciaran and his team did a super job of laying the carpet and they were a pleasure to have in the house. They did a wonderful job of clearing up after themselves, cleaning and hoovering. I have no hesitation in recommending him for anyone needing carpet fitting. ~ Maureen C

We had our stairs and landing area which needed a lot of work and Carpet Crown made an amazing, accurate and professional work. We had a very elegant grey carpet picked from a very extensive selection (different colours, materials, functionalities) all shown and explained to us live in our house when Ciaran made the checks and took the measurements. The work was completed in one day as agreed and it was splendid. The house really changed and it is how we envisioned it. I strongly recommend Carpet Crown for the trustworthiness, quality, professionalism, kindness, and care. ~ F J

Highly recommend this company. Ciaran came over to quote for us and took the time to go through all the details, answered all our (many) queries and provided a quote during the visit which we really appreciated as he explained every part of the quote to us. Josh fitted the flooring for us and nothing was too much trouble. Really nice genuine people with great quality work. We went for Elements LVT flooring in Royal Oak and it looks fantastic. From quote to fitting was less than two weeks which we weren’t expecting this close to Christmas. Thank you! ~ Sarah H

Ciaran was incredible from start to finish. We had a very bad job done that needed ripping out and redoing. Ciaran helped us at short notice, getting professionals in to assess the work and then corrected it and fitted beautiful carpets and LVT flooring throughout my daughter’s apartment. Him and his team have a great knowledge and understanding of what they are doing. He completed the work quickly, to a very high standard and he and his workers were very tidy and respectful. We would highly recommend. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you - from Emma. ~ Laura

I cannot recommend Carpet Crown enough! Ciaran and his team were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Not only did they do a flawless job removing our old carpet, but they also installed the new one with precision and care. Ciaran was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. He was knowledgeable about different carpet materials and helped us choose the perfect option that suited our style and budget. His eye for colour was impeccable, and he found the exact shade of carpet that transformed our space. Beyond their exceptional skills, Ciaran and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. If you're looking for a reliable and top-notch carpet installation company, look no further than Carpet Crown. You won't be disappointed! ~ Patrick B

Ciaran and his team are the most professional guys you could ever meet. Their attention to detail is second to none and value for money is excellent. I have used CC several times now and have never been disappointed. Ciaran and his team fitted a luxurious carpet and Karndean flooring in our new build home. So impressed we used CC again to Karndean the ensuite and main bathroom. I have since had CC install carpet and Karndean flooring at my mother's house. Ciaran is my go to guy for all flooring and I never hesitate to recommend his expertise to anyone looking for a flooring solution. 👍👍👍 ~ Michael J

We had our kitchen and hallway replaced. Ciaran gave us two quotes, worst and best case scenario as we weren't sure what state the floor would be in underneath. Turned out to be more than worse case but Ciaran kept us updated with the cost. Josh who fitted the floor and his team were so helpful and patient throughout, despite it being a pretty awful job. We are so pleased with the end result and would absolutely recommend Carpet Crown. We chose Brampton Chase, 16" planks, herringbone style in Ivory White. ~ Rachel S

Ciaran fitted our entire house with both carpet and karndean for the kitchen and entrance hall. He provided a great service coming to our house with samples of both for my wife and I to choose from, he then talked us through the different pricing Vs quality options as we were on a tight renovation budget. He was always on time, reliable, communicated well, trustworthy and a great standard of work. I have since recommended Ciaran to family and friends who have experienced the same great work. Thanks 👍 ~ Rob K

I have just moved to the area and needed new carpets for my whole flat. I had an impeccable experience from the moment I contacted Carpet Crown until the carpets were fitted. Ciaran’s knowledge and understanding of carpets was invaluable before ordering, allowing me to select the most appropriate carpet for my needs and budget. Both Ciaran and Matt fitted the carpets to an exemplary standard. They showed tremendous care for their craft and I could not be happier with the final appearance. ~ Aaron S

I am thrilled with my new stair carpet and can't thank Ciaran and Richard enough for the brilliant job they have done. Excellent service from start to finish, Ciaran is a gem, assisting me with expertise and patience to make the right choice. Then Richard, the fitter, came along and his workmanship is superb. He spent a lot of time on preparation before the fitting and cleaned up as he went along. Overall, fantastic teamwork, long may they continue to provide such outstanding service. ~ Pam S

The gentleman came round to talk to me about laying a carpet. He went through everything with no pressure. Made me feel so relaxed. The carpet was layed over two days bedroom and lounge. He helped move furniture out and he explained what he was doing as he went on. The underlay and the carpets were put down so professionally and the finishing was outstanding. He cleared up as he went. Helping me to put my furniture back asked me if I was happy with the result and I am so happy. Thank you ~ RICHARD A

We absolutely love the new carpets. It feels like walking on clouds. Very impressed with the feel of them and how dilligent and professional Carpet Crown was. They fixed the floor boards beneath the carpets too in order to ensure their work is durable and they achieved the results we were expecting. Scheduling the work was prompt and also the job itself took a lot less hours than expected. Very impressed. Cannot recommend them enough. Best of luck moving forwards! ~ Iulia G

I would highly recommend Carpet Crown to anyone. From the initial contact for quotation to the phone call checking the job was to my satisfaction dealing with Ciaran and his team has been completely professional and stress free. No upselling, completely open advice and when it came to prepare and fit the LVT the work was done to an exceptionally high standard. I am happy with the price, the way the job was carried out and most importantly the final result. Thanks again Ciaran and team 👍🏻 ~ Mark L
